Andreas Wellinger, 33, has been accused of becoming ‘aggressive’ when they kissed on his sofa.

The woman then alleges she does not remember anything else until she woke up to find Wellinger having sex with her, as reported by the Evening Standard.

Croydon Crown Court heard the woman had been drinking at a pub with a friend, before moving onto Barts in Chelsea Cloisters in July 2016.

She said she found Wellinger ‘attractive’ and he bought her an espresso martini that made her feel ‘woozy’ and went to his home in Chelsea to ‘get to know each other a little bit better.’

But it was at his home Wellinger allegedly turned aggressive and pushed her head towards his crotch.

She told police: ‘I was drunk, definitely not sober at that point. When I felt things getting aggressive anyone in their right mind would say I’ve had enough I’m leaving.’

But she added she ‘didn’t feel capable of making that decision.’

The woman said she blacked out and her next memory is Wellinger on top of her and her being ‘in pain.’

She then took a taxi home, threw up. The woman reported the attack a month later.
