A glamorous party-goer cut a daring figure in a sheer black dress as she left Prince Charles’ birthday bash at Buckingham Palace last night.
Society beauty Violet Vestey showcased an edgier look in a floor-length gown with a see-through top as she joined husband William Vestey, 35, at the sophisticated soiree.
Contrasting with the heavy green and black velvet skirt, the top consisted of black mesh layered over a solid black camisole – a bolder outfit choice than many of the other guests.

Violet and William, who welcomed a son named Samuel last week, were among the actors, aristocrats, and host of European royals who gathered to toast the prince’s milestone 70th birthday.
The high-spirited party guests who were snapped leaving the palace late last night after hours of fun and frivolity.
Mr Vestey and his family are long-time friends of the royals, with his father Samuel Vestey, 3rd Baron Vestey, serving as Master of the Horse to the Royal Household and his mother Prince Harry’s godmother.

William, who will inherit Stowell Park, his family’s 6,000-acre estate in the Cotswolds, also served as a page of honour to the Queen, while his brother is a polo-playing friend of the Duke of Cambridge.
Other family friends invited to the celebrations included Prince Harry’s best friend Charlie van Straubenzee and his new wife Daisy. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were among the guests at their wedding in August.
Mrs van Straubenzee brought a burst of colour to the black tie affair in a vibrant red floral gown.

However a night on the dance floor appeared to have taken its toll as she kicked off her heels in favour of a pair of white Converse trainers for the journey home.
Charlie’s older brother Thomas van Straubenzee, Princess Charlotte’s godfather and a childhood friend of Prince William, was also invited.
Another of Charlotte’s godfather’s made an appearance: James Meade, who attended Eton with Prince William.
