The Executive Secretary of the Human Rights Commission, Professor Bem Angwe, has warned politicians and their supporters, to play by the rules at the RIVER STATE ELECTION,  March 19, 2016 and also to avoid infringement on people’s right to freely elect leaders of their choice.

He also added that offenders would be persecuted by INEC and other Security Agencies.
