The prime of the desire of every Boko Haram fighter is to give birth to more children so as to ramp up the membership of the insurgency group as well as make a steady supply of Boko Haram foot soldiers in time to come, even storing up terrorism for posterity. This reproductive strategy employed by the Boko Haram to inflate their numbers was even confirmed by Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima.

 

Shettima was at the occasion of receiving 427 babies and children, as well as 149 mothers who had been freed from Boko Haram encampments and transferred over to Borno State government by the Nigerian military at a freshly built rehabilitation and reintegration centre in Maiduguri. Shettima revealed that members of Boko Haram make all efforts to raise up children with whom they would plant their extremism so as to further propagate terrorism.

camps.

Children should be protected. Every child is a foetus of tomorrow,as such we can't afford to let radicalism abort the aspirations of our promising tomorrow leaders. If anything should be protected from the Boko haram, it should be children. Because if the terrorists can really get hand on them, they become barns of horror, storing up terror for our children to come!
