The US could be assumed closest to paradise in case of security. The law enforcement agencies there are so effective that they could arrest a ghost if the ghost so chose to steal. Thus it would be surprising terrorism still manages to find its way through the tiny crevices in American security infrastructure.

The world was thus rocked with news of the violent explosion that shook New York in the U.S. recoding a number of over 29 wounded people.

According to the New York Times, the explosion could be traced to a homemade bomb in the Chelsea neighbourhood of Manhattan.

It was later reported a separate explosive was discovered authorities some blocks away where the first blast had occurred.

Going by reports from the New York police, the police is said to be in possession of video gotten from the scene of the blast having already begun the procedures of investigation. The police have so far demanded residents residing in some areas of Manhattan to adopt increased security measures which could involve moving away from windows.

As described by Mayor Bill de Blasio explosion is “an intentional act,” vowing that “Whatever the cause, New Yorkers will not be intimidated.”

Terrorism is rattling our world, that someone can conceive that barbaric beliefs can be preached from the altars of violence and echoes of horror is baffling. But just like every other humanitarian crisis we have faced in time past, mankind would still glide terrorism.
