Troubles are mounting on him, while he may struggle to combat the recession we are immersed in, resurfacing militancy from the Niger Delta is another caffeine to keep him awake through the night.
The most recent of the bunch of disheartening news is that another militant group, Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate, NDGJM, has blown up a very crucial crude oil delivery line owned by the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, NPDC, in Delta State.
Spokesman of the militant group, Aldo Agbalaja in a statement on Monday had boldly declared the the attack was conducted out on Sunday at about 11: 30pm around Ekuigbo in the location of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta state.
Agbalaja took his time to mock the deployment of military to safeguard oil facilities in the region, according to him it as a “waste of resources.”
We will not forge in a hurry that this brewing group earlier on September 13 2016 had taken responsibility for an attack on a crude oil pipeline still owned by the Nigeria Petroleum Development Company, NPDC, same located in Delta State. This is purely disheartening!
It is one thing to allow sleeping dogs lie. But Nigerians…
